1. To handle large power loads when initially starting an electrical device. Will drop back down to 1000W continuous supply.2. The integral Residual Current Device (RCD) replaces the need for an external RCD and will switch off the inverter in the event a fault is detected between live and earth. Low battery alarm at 10V and low battery shutdown at 9.5V
